Brother Witham M. Bywater, p.m. And Honorary Secretary, read an Address on the History of the Lodge, which he afterwards presented in a Book containing a Roll, on Vellum, of the members from its constitution, February 27, 1769, to the present date, a list of the Past Masters and Places of Meeting.
Annual returns giving names, professions and residence of members of the Royal Athelstan Lodge [Antients] and general correspondence relating to the running of the lodge. Years 1793, 1795 - 1797 and 1800 are not extant.
The Royal Athelstan Lodge, No. 19 was established in 1769 and met at the Ship, in the Strand, London. From 1769 the lodge was numbered No. 157 but in 1792 the lodge brought Warrant No. 10 for 5 pound and 5 shillings. The lodge was named the Royal Athelstan Lodge in 1816.
The lodge now meets at the Farmers' and Fletchers' Hall, 3 Cloth Street, London.
